Thylakoid Atomistic Model

This is an SRSI[1] internship project aimed at building the atomistic model for thylakoid. The most up-to-date structural data and knowledge are first collected and then fed into the in-house modeling tool called MesoCraft. All proteins' structures are collected from the PDB database followed by post-processing in PyMol to remove the unrelated molecules when exist. The above poster was presented by Lana Kazem in the SRSI poster session.
